Swap these types of meals with fruit smoothies and vegetables to have your vitamins. On their website, Dr. Oz suggests attempting combinations of vegetables and fruit that sound interesting for your requirements. He suggests a banana spinach smoothie, which will be full of the minerals potassium and magnesium plus the B-complex supplement folate, as well as vitamins K and A.

2 cups grated carrots
2 glasses carefully sliced portobello mushrooms
1 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 cup diced celery
1 cup soaked walnuts, floor good while wet
1/2 cup soaked pumpkin seeds, floor fine while wet
1/4 glass filtered liquid
1/4 glass raw, unpasteurized soy sauce
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. thyme
1 glass raw oar flour or 3/4 cup surface flax
Mix the carrots, mushrooms, onion and celery. Stir inside walnuts and pumpkin seeds. Combine the water and soy sauce. Mix it to the vegetable and nut mixture. Add the natural herbs, and stir well. In batches, blend when you look at the oat flour or flax seeds. Shape the combination into patties no more than an inch thick and 4 to 5 inches across. Dehydrate at 140 degrees on screens for an hour. Lessen the temperature and dehydrate 3 to 4 more hours, until the patties are typically dried out. The burgers should be damp. The recipe tends to make 8 to 9 patties.

In few days 1 you ate whole-grain pasta in place of white-colored flour spaghetti. Since pasta is prepared, though, this week you cure it completely from your diet. In place of your typical spaghetti dish, prepare shredded zucchini with vegetable meatballs and raw tomato sauce. Dr. Oz notes that this week are your most challenging, because you tend to be consuming a 100 % natural diet. Evaluate that which you enjoyed many towards raw meals diet and combine these dishes and foods into the regular diet.
